One-on-one training and nutrition coaching, built around your body, your schedule, and the life you actually live. I'm taking five founding clients at $250/month — and that rate stays yours for as long as you stay.
Probably more than once. Three good weeks, then a bad week, then nothing. The problem was never the program. It was that nothing happened when you stopped.
You've heard every rule and their opposite. Nobody has told you what your numbers actually are, or what to do when the scale doesn't move for two weeks.
The PDF you downloaded assumed you have five days, no injuries, and a kitchen you love. It didn't ask about your job, your knee, or the fact that you hate meal prep.
I'd rather tell you now than take your money and find out in week three.
The research on behavior change is not ambiguous: programs delivering consistent weekly contact over six months produce roughly double the results of programs half that length. Habits take a median of about 66 days to become automatic — and for a lot of people, considerably longer.
So the commitment is twelve weeks. The plan is longer than that, and I'll tell you so up front.
Thirty minutes to find out whether this makes sense for both of us. If it does, you fill out a full intake — training history, injuries, schedule, food preferences, what's failed before — and I build from it.
Get the training and the eating structure in place and repeatable. We're not chasing the scale yet. We're building something you can actually run on a bad week.
Load goes up, targets get adjusted off real data, and we find out where your body responds. This is where most of the visible change happens, and where most people quit right before it does.
Your commitment is done — you're month-to-month, cancel anytime with two weeks' notice. Most of the durable change lands in this stretch. This is where six months beats three.
I don't have a wall of client transformations to show you. I'm not going to pretend otherwise, or borrow someone else's.
Here's the honest version: you'd be one of my first five one-on-one clients. You're taking a risk on someone unproven, so you shouldn't pay what someone proven charges. That's the whole logic of the price.
In exchange, I want your feedback and — at the end of twelve weeks, if you're happy — an honest testimonial. Photos are optional and always will be.
And because you took the early risk: your rate never goes up. When coaching goes to $450 or $500 for everyone after you, you stay at $250 for as long as you stay with me.
Takes about 8 minutes. Nothing is charged until we both agree it's a fit — and you can ask for a call first right inside the form.
I'm Trill. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and I'm currently enrolled at Metropolitan State University of Denver studying Nutrition & Dietetics — bachelor's through master's.
That second part matters more than it sounds. Most of what gets posted about training and nutrition is a decade behind the literature, repeated by people who've never read a paper. I'm reading them this semester. What I teach you is what the evidence currently says, not what the feed says.
I'm not going to sell you a transformation photo and a story about how I figured it all out. I'm still building this — the business, the body, the discipline. You can watch me do it every week.
What I will do: build you something specific, look at your numbers every week, tell you the truth when you're off track, and say so plainly if I think you'd be better served by someone else.
Thirty minutes. I ask what you've tried, what's actually going on with your schedule and your body, and what you want. You ask me anything. At the end, one of us says it's not a fit or we both say it is. There's no pitch and no payment on that call.
A gym makes it easier, but no. Tell me what you have — a full commercial gym, a garage setup, a pair of dumbbells — and I'll build around it. What I won't do is pretend a bodyweight program produces the same result as barbell training, because it doesn't.
Good. Beginners get the fastest results and have the fewest bad habits to undo. Every exercise comes with an explanation, and if you're unsure about form you can send a video and I'll look at it.
Because nothing meaningful happens in four weeks, and I'd rather turn you away than take one payment and watch you quit in week three. Twelve weeks is the shortest honest window. If you're not willing to commit to that, this isn't the right program and I'm not going to talk you into it.
The commitment is real, and you'd be agreeing to it in writing. That said — if you're injured, have a medical emergency, or something serious happens in your life, talk to me. I'm not going to hold someone to a contract during a genuine crisis.
No. I'm a certified trainer and a nutrition student, not a registered dietitian or a physician. I coach general training and nutrition for healthy adults. If something falls outside that, I'll tell you and point you toward the right professional. Get clearance from your doctor before starting any program.
No, and be skeptical of anyone who does. Results depend on how consistently you execute, plus sleep, stress, genetics, and life. What I can promise is a plan built for you specifically, weekly adjustments off real data, and honesty about what's working.
You're month-to-month at your locked rate, cancel anytime with two weeks' notice. Most people should keep going — the evidence is clear that six months beats three — but that's your call to make once you've seen how I work.
If you've read this far, you already know whether it's for you. Fill out the form and let's find out for sure.
