Before anyone becomes a client, we get on a call. Not a sales call — a fit call. I ask what you've actually tried, you ask me anything, and one of us says this isn't the right move if it isn't. I've turned people away before. I'll do it again.
Weekdays, 7am–7pm MT · You pick the slot · Reschedule anytime
No mystery, no script designed to corner you. This is the call, start to finish.
Training history, what a normal week looks like, what you eat on a bad day — not a good one. I'd rather hear the honest version; it's the only one I can work with.
Most people don't lack information — they lack a structure that survives a real schedule. We find the actual bottleneck, whether that's consistency, recovery, food, or the fact that nobody's holding you to anything.
I tell you how I'd approach your situation specifically — the training split, the nutrition angle, the check-in cadence. You get that answer whether or not you ever pay me a dollar.
If coaching makes sense, I walk you through the terms and you decide on your own time. If it doesn't, I say so and point you at what would help instead. No follow-up sequence, no pressure.
Because I don't have a wall of client transformations yet. You'd be one of my first five. I'm not going to ask you to trust a stranger with your training and your food based on a landing page — so we talk first, and you decide with actual information.
That also means I'm being selective. Five spots means five people I can genuinely go deep with. If you're not one of them, telling you that on a free call costs us both thirty minutes. Taking your money and under-delivering costs a lot more.
Actually free. No card, no deposit, no "free strategy session" that turns into a ninety-minute close. Thirty minutes, and you leave with a real answer either way.
No. It runs on Google Meet, but phone or audio-only is fine. Say so when you book and I'll call you.
Then we talk about whether coaching is the right first step or whether the free 1-Week Starter plus a few months of consistency serves you better right now. I'll tell you honestly — starting someone at $250/mo who isn't ready helps neither of us.
$250/mo at the founding rate, with a 12-week initial commitment, then month to month. The rate stays locked as long as you stay. Full terms are on the coaching page — read them before the call if you want.
No. Nobody pays on the call. If it's a fit, I send you the agreement and you take the time you need. Decisions made under pressure don't survive twelve weeks anyway.
Nothing. If you have a rough idea of your current training split and what you eat in a normal week, that speeds things up — but showing up with none of that is fine too.
Pick a time that works. If it turns out we're not a fit, you'll still leave the call knowing exactly what to do next.
